Casey has been working with dogs for over 20 years! You may recognize her from her Portland Bark Bus days, or more recently as a trainer! Her experiences with doggie daycares, sled dogs, pack walks and dog training have taught her how to read canine body language and to support both ends of the leash!

My Vision
While working as a dog trainer I saw that most behavior issues arise from lack of exercise, enrichment, and understanding. I would love to help you provide these things for your dog! I enjoy working on leash walking skills and helping anxious or exuberant dogs develop confidence and calmness.
My Values
My training style is positive reinforcement. I do not correct with physical pain or fear. If an environment is too difficult for a dog to navigate we find a place they feel comfortable and safe enough to learn some foundational skills. From there we slowly approach the growth edge at a pace that is comfortable for them.

This is for nervous pups who need foundational skills and time to develop trust before braving leash walks. Also works for bathroom let-outs for older dogs, puppies, or dogs recovering from surgery.
